i have a annuity that my dad left me when he passed it was with state farm i talked to the agent and he told me he would put it into a savings account which would allow me to take it out at my decression in order to mimimize taxes i recieved a * from state farm for the entire annuity i contacted the agent and he said i screwed up im sorry he did the same to my sister and called her and told her he was sorry and he screwed up this cost me * and all he can say is im sorry being this is the way he makes his living i think im sorry isnt enough i want to know do i have a small claims case
