my mother fell was in a nursing home rehabilitation was going to return to her apartment. Her caregiver started to sell her belongings while my mother was still alive. My mother found out and took the key back. She continued to clean out apartment till manager caught her and asked for a will. She won’t produce a will only to funeral director to receive a death certificate She left my mother in morgue for five days to be cremated.
