My father passed away in * his health was hidden from me until the last minute she changed the will and wrote out all of his children making her children executives in the will including her son in law who was the lawyer who wrote up the new will which I thought was illegal I just found his death certificate stating he died of mesothelioma do I have any rights here and or file a claim regarding the mesothelioma
