I had POA of my nephew a year and half ago. He went to visit his aunt for a few weeks. His mother was incarcerated and said she revoked my POA and signed it over to a boyfriend. I never received any calls or paperwork of this revocation. My nephew never ended up going with this other individual as I did not allow him to. Nothing else ever came of it.
