Yes i spoke to the clerk of court whom informed me that i had an upcoming court date to finalise the divorce he had a notary public actually notarize the divorce paperwork with the fradulent signature i was wondering what legal action i should take if any outside of going to court i want to prusue legal action i just need to know the proper steps and how to go about it

I wouldnt mind getting the divorce i just want to make sure he doesnt get away with forging my signature and having it notarized i plan on going to court on the date i got from the clerk from the divorce paperwork so i can get my fair alimony spousal support or whatever else i can get definetly going to let him have the divorce hes just been getting away with signing my name on stuff to steal from me and damage my credit and finances for a long time and i want to do something about it so that this is the last time and it never happens again
