Hello Lorella. It seems like you're concerned about attending a court hearing due to transportation issues. Can you confirm the location of the court hearing? This information can help me suggest potential solutions.
Robertson county Tennessee at Springfield
Hello Lorella. It seems like a challenging situation. In Tennessee, some courts may allow telephonic hearings or virtual hearings due to hardship. It would be best to contact the court clerk of Robertson County to discuss your situation:

Hello Lorella. Generally, not attending a court hearing can result in a default judgement against you. However, it's unlikely you would go to jail for not attending a child support hearing. I strongly suggest discussing your situation with the court clerk or obtaining legal advice.
I try to call them today but it's closed holiday then the weekend
Hello Lorella. Since you couldn't reach them today due to the holiday, I recommend trying first thing Monday morning. Also, you may want to consider seeking legal advice to ensure you're fully informed about your rights and obligations.
