My ex husband was court ordered to pay me half of the medical bills from our son that passed away while we were separated that I payed all of. Plus he was ordered to pay child support . He never paid either of them and I tried to file with the attorney general to have them go after him, but they said that since it was a divorce order they wouldn't go after him. I feel it's unfair that he has never had to pay for his childrens actual support and has always had the money to look like he loves them so much more than I did.
