I am *, moved in with my mom (69 years old) in her * bedroom aparment to care for her as she has dementia and seizures. I can not work and leave her alone for l ng periods at a time. I am getting paid through a Caregiver program through mine and my moms Medicaid insurance. The mother of my 4 year old child is keeping my son from me due to me not having my own home with an extra bedroom and my vehicle is broke down. Can she lawfully refuse to give me visitation and overnights without a court order to do so?

- Your living situation or vehicle issues don’t automatically lead to visitation denial.
- Consider seeking legal advice to enforce your rights.
