I was wondering if I can get a protection order. When I don't do as he says I get screamed and yelled at I'm called out of my name I'm accused of being on drugs for *-9 months now ( I've tried to go get a UA and he won't let me)he uses the Bible against me and if I try and record him he takes my phone ( one time I recorded him he snatched my phone so hard scratching my daughters leg I was holding, I have pictures) and if I leave the room he follows me yelling and if I try and leave our house then he will block the door so I can't leave. He even threatens to quite his job if I don't change. We have * kids * and * and I'm a * yr old stay at home mom with no place to go I left him 2 years ago and was granted protection in Olathe where we are from for his abuse because he has done so much more to mention of disclosed. but sadly I believed his lying of he would change and to get professional counseling and nothing has changed and no counseling has been sought after. Over and over for the last 5 years I've reminded him that he agreed we could get counseling and he refuses now that he's been living with me again. I just don't no where to turn.
