Ok my situation is a little different. My 26 year old son got into a fist fight with my 10 year old sons father,after he took my 10 year old son without permission and has moved,changed my son's school,changed his payee all without any permission,and won't answer my calls,and I have no idea where my son is at. His father said he made a report but I have heard nothing and I want my son back and charges put on my 26 year old son for taking my son and doing this.
