I have sole custody of my child DHR come out after my landlord had unhooked my water and cut my power off called DHR told them I had my son in my house with no power and no water and they come and took my child and gave him to my future mother-in-law * feet away and they say it due to wires that was from my pole my electrical pole to my camper was not fit for him to be walking around at 7 years old
