Create a brief writ of certiorari for the unlawful termination of parental rights to daughter Marie Jimenez whom was not found in a situation of emergency abuse or neglect, necessary for C.P.S to take correct action in the child's removal. Heresy allegations of false pretenses held against my character as a mother included child neglect and failure to protect, accusations which have not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, lack evidence, and led to no convictions of such false claims causing deformation against my motherly title and character as a woman.
