Me and my ex gf broke up and about a week later she put a protective order against me. On the report she has about * lies and I have proof for most of them that they’re lies. Said I have tried to contact her even though she said in the report she has me blocked so I can’t. And my phone logs that my lawyer asked for won’t take. * court dates now and today for the third, the judge only talked about me getting a escort to get my property back from her of which I’ve tried before when the p.o was dropped cause she missed the first court appearance. And after my mom asked her roommate about my property she went back and put another one on me. My lawyer told me to get my things back and why haven’t I. Because when it was dropped my friend found a one of a kind piece I have that was online for sale and tried to buy it from her of which she told him and the police when I tried to turn it in two different ways she ended up getting it. I have the receipt, two statements from family, and picture proofs of her trying to sell it and two ways she ended up getting them. But nothing can be done. What do I do? And should I find a new lawyer? And why is the only thing talked about is my property?
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, ****. It seems quite complex. Can you please confirm your location so I can provide more specific information? Also, have you considered filing a counterclaim to address the alleged lies in the protective order?
