I am currently seeking legal assistance and have tried my best to provide a concise summary of my situation. The following is just a brief overview of some of the events that have occurred. I am going to do my best to tell how me and Jennifer started until the hell she had put me and my kids through, trying my best to keep it as short as I could. Me and my now x girlfriend and business partner of * plus years first met in the early part of May of * after I was asked by a friend, Larry Covert, who is a retired city of Meridian investigator and owner of a large security police company (Covert Security), whom I had worked for doing high-risk security escort details and also as a private investigator since around *. Mr. Covert had called me to see if I had time to help a woman friend of his, whom he told me he had worked with in law enforcement in the past. ****e went on to tell me that she had a security account at Johnson Mobile ****omes and was overwhelmed with RVs being broken into and *-* RV TVs being stolen every * or 3 days. As if I was not already busy enough traveling all over the United States tracking down and arresting fugitives, I told Mr. Covert I would help only because he had asked me to. The next day, when I arrived at Johnson Mobile ****ome Trailer Sales lot on ****wy *, I was met there by a woman who introduced herself as Jennifer Bouknight. I was never 0months of working with Jennife she started sending flirty text to me and before long I was sending flirty text back to her, and romantic relationship began to form between myself and Jennifer. So now it's about the middle of July *, and Jennifer and I had officially started dating. So back to March *, I had decided I was going to start a towing and roadside assistance business. I had worked in the towing, accident recovery and repossession field for about 10 years with a local company, Magnolia Towing. I went on or about April *, * I went to get a loan for $*,* dollars at Republic finance to buy the used tow truck i had found that was a great deaI. It was then I was told I was going to have to have a co-signer to sign with me to get the money for the tow truck I had found. I did not get told what was wrong with my credit that I could not get the loan as I had got loans in past with no problems. So I done my own research and found out why I had to now have a cosigner. It was because I had co-signed for my sister to get a $*,* vehicle about 2 years earlier, and not long after signing for her she stopped paying for the vehicle. Not having no reason to trust my sister she told me she was doing good with the payments and I did not check for about 10 months to a year later. I checked my credit thinking my credit score had to went up. I then seen my credit had dropped a ton. So I got in touch with my sister and forced her to give the vehicle back to the finance company so I could try and save some of my credit. But my sister not paying for her vehicle was still haunting my credit. I then went to talk to my half-brother, Billy ****arris, because he had told me some time back that he had friend who had a used rollback tow truck for sale. But it had unfortunately been sold by the time we checked on it. I then called long time friend Chris Bearden who had told me if I ended up needing any help with anything getting started to let him know. At this time Chris worked on a oil rig in Saudi Arabia. After Chris finally got my message about a week after I had sent it he then called me. I told him little about what was going on with my credit so he would he co-sign for me to get a used rollback tow truck. The only problem I had then was Chris had only been gone for about * weeks when I talked to him. ****e worked * to 8 months at a time. Chris let me know it was going to be around November *, * before he got back home. Being nothing I could do but wait now, so I continued to do everything else I could to get ready but the legal stuff just in case anything went wrong out of anyone's control. So I wanted to wait till I got the truck before I opened a tax account and got my county business license. So now it's about August * * Jennifer and myself had been dating now for about a month. She comes to Johnson Mobile ****omes every night to sit we me there. August * * is the night that i had told Jennifer that I was in the process of opening a towing business. She ask what I was wating on. So I told Jennifer about I was having to wait on a friend who works over seas to get back around November,*,* to consign with me before I can get a truck. I also told her that I had cosigned for my sister and she did not pay for the vehicle so it screwed my credit and I also just got done remodeling the home I had in Toomsuba, Ms. Jennifer went on to tell me she had bad credit herself. Jennifer went on to tell me that she had always wanted to run a tow truck. Jennifer told me Lewis Wrecker had wanted to let hire her to drive a tow truck when she was married her second x husband John Debord. She told me he just wanted to control her and would not let her do anything she wanted. On August * * Jennifer had sent me a text message telling me that she would sign with me to get a tow truck if i wanted her to. I did not know how she was going to do so being she had told me she had bad credit. I guess the excitement form the thought of being able to get a tow truck and not have to wait to about two months till November when my friend would back from Saudi Arabia to sign with me. Also I have had alot of heart ache and it really no a lot to excite me being I had to let my Mother and Father go really close togather. On top of that the girl I was engaged to and set to get married the next month was on the way to be with me at the saddest thing anyone should ever feel loosing there parents and she was t-boned the hit was so hard it decapitated her from the impact. She was hit by a tractor trailer who was over weight and had very little breaks only * miles from where I was. I was already getting tow calls before I ever told Jennifer that I was going to open a towing and Roadside Assistance company because of my goggle listing I made and already posted the . At this time I was turning down about * tow calls a day from my listing. So I told Jennifer that would be great and I dang sure don't mind if she wanted to sign with me to get a truck. Jennifer told me to go ahead and find another truck that I liked since the one I wanted to get was now sold. I told her I would start back looking asap. I had already figured it's going to be about a week before I found another used roll back tow truck that has a good price like the first one I found. It's now about August-*-* and Jennifer sent me a text about lunch time on this day to tell me she found a used roll back tow truck that belong to a local paint and body shop in Meridian called Trints paint & body and would I be ok with it. I sent a text back told her that truck would be fine. I could not really believe she had found one so close around the meridian area. I told Jennifer I could her meet her just about anytime so we could go to the loan company and she could sign with me. Jennifer told me ok it would probably be a few days before she could do so. The date is now around August *, * now and Jennifer sent me text now with a picture of a * White Ford F-* tow truck saying she got the truck already and we did not have to worry about meeting and signing for the loan. I immediately felt weird along with not understanding how or why Jennifer got the tow truck without signing with me like we originally planned. So later that night of August * * Jennifer and myself met at the Johnson Mobile ****omes/ RV sells lot on hwy * like we had done many nights before. This is the first night I seen the tow truck. So I ask Jennifer then how and why did she get the truck without me. I also tried to tell Jennifer that it was not only about the money it was also a paper trail that we were in this togather and not trying to screw one another out of there part. She told me that she would never try to screw someone over. She then told me she got a loan through Mr Bill and Larry Johnson who is the owners of Johnson Mobile ****omes. She told me they have been friends a long time and they gave her a loan and having good credit don't matter to them to much. Before this point I felt I had no reason not believe and try Jennifer. But now I felt she had basically went against the plan that we had in place for her just to sign with me and not get a tow truck without me at all like she did. I always felt that it was a underhanded move and done for some alternative motive. So the next week or so the way Jennifer got the tow truck against what we had planned kept making wonder if she was up to something. So I decided to tell Jennifer that we needed to write up some kind of partnership agreement. So a bit later we did write up a simple business contract and myself and Jennifer signed it. I was worried up to that moment that Jennifer would not want to sign a agreement because she said a verbal agreement is just as good. When Jennifer said that verbal is just as good made me wonder if she was up to something even more. ****owever, It's now around January * and the towing business has grown alot in a very short time. Around this time Jennifer had sent me a text message saying she had a double-wide trailer with * acres in the clarkedale area. She told me that she had some renters in it. That she had rented it out through Century *. She told me the renters was supposedly in some kind violation because of having a large dog inside the house. Jennifer had ask me if she kicked out the renter's would myself and my * kids move in with her and her two children. So after I thought about moving in with her for some time being I had just remodeled my place I had in Tombsuba, Mississippi and spent a significant amount of money doing so. I then told Jennifer I would move in with her being by this time I had started to really love her alot by now. I told her I would sell my place I had and she could put that money towards what she owed on the ****ome in clarkdale. I ended up selling my little place for around *,*. ****ad to let it go lower then I wanted to because of the neighborhood was going down with drug people moving in all around. When I sold my place I made an agreement with them that I would stay there for a short time longer until I moved in my new place. They was more then happy to agree. So I done as I told her I would and gave Jennifer the money that I sold my home for. So now by February * Jennifer took me over there to see the place in clarkdale and to try fix a bad heating element in the hot water heater. Once we got to Jennifers home in clarkdale she unlockd the the garage door that led into the laundry room and also where the hot water heater also was. After about * minutes or so I had fixed the hot water heater and went to let Jennifer know that I was done. Jennifer had noticed the renters had already moved out ahead of time. So we walked around and looked at at the ****ome and property. We noticed we was going to pull the carpet due to the renters that was there. We decided that we would do any work that needed to be done after we moved in. So we decided that the coming up weekend we would start moving into the clarkdale home. That is if the towing was not super busy. At this time Jennifer was living in her Mom's and Step Dads very small rentel house that is about a yard behind her parents main house. So that satarday I went to Jennifers parents in the tow truck so we could load the little bit of stuff she had. So after we moved Jennifers stuff to clarkedale I went on to the place I sold in Toomsuba because I had a good bit of stuff. It took two roll back truck loads. Jennifer had about enough stuff to fill maybe one room. The stuff I brought filled both living rooms and the * bed rooms my kids would be sleeping in. But the house was considerably still empty. We had no Kitchen utensils, only * couche I brought is all we had to sit on. We had to rent a washer, dryer for a short time. So now everything was moved in i was helping Jennifer put up some stuff she had in a few of the boxes she had. So I picked up one box and Jennifer went to grab it from me telling me she would get it and I said I will atleast take it to the office since I already have it in my hands. The office is that is part of the master bed room. So the box was about half way open and I seen what looked like marriage license that was only dated less than a year earlier. So at the time I did not say anything about seeing what I thought was marriage license. So Jennifer had went up to the store that was about a mile from where the cardale home was and I went back and checked the Box again and it was definitely marriage license for she had got married about 6 months earlier. So I done a little bit of research on her being that's what I doing in private investigating and fugitive recovery work. I was in shock to see she had been married and divorced three times before the marriage I seen in the Box. After talking to a few people I found out that the person she had recently married was dying with colon cancer was in stage *. So I could not keep quiet but for about 3 days before I had to ask her about her very recent marriage with a dieing man and also her three divorces. So when I asked her she told me that his name was Bud Bouknight was he was really mean so they were separated and she had filed for a divorce. I found out that was a lie later on. I also found out that Jennifer's husband Bud Bouknight was the person who got the loan for the tow truck that had recently been bought. Jennifer was only on there because she thought he might take it away from her. had * previous divorces . There have been so many horrible events that have happened. I am going to try my best to this short as I can. If I am able to talk to someone on the phone or in person, I can go in depth about the whole horrific situation me and my children have been put in. The main stuff started in August of *, I caught my now ex-girlfriend/business partner of 10 years cheating, which was not at all surprising, but that was not at all the problem. From that day forward, she did everything in her power to take, destroy or what ever she could do or get done to everything that myself and my children owned including money I had in a safe that had $*,* in it form a previous federal lawsuit that was settled due a wreck, my Job, my *% of the business, thousands of dollars of tools, my personal vehicle along with * wrecked vehicles that was on the lot, around $* in truck parts, a $* dollar boat motor i had just bought a few months before all this happened all my pictures and personol items that belonged to my deceased Mother, Father and Sister who was my only sibling and many many more very expensive or irreplaceable items. My x girlfriend said that because I followed her the night I caught her cheating is the reason for all of this heartache. I have a ton of evidence on her, such as hidden security camera and standard form videos, all most every text message myself and my x girlfriend have ever sent from the beginning of our relationship in *, pictures dating back to *, documents dating back to *, and some voice recordings. She had help from a few of her friends in stealing some of my property that I also have on video. Law enforcement was called and I was told by the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department that I could sue my x girlfriend and her friend, but not file charges because we were in domestic relationship and it coveres her friends or something in that area. I was a bondsman for 18 years and I know that is not right. But all the justice Court judges my x girlfriend worked with in law enforcement and I don't have a chance in court alone. I possess a contract between myself and my ex-girlfriend regarding the $*,* a year business, Affordable Towing and Recovery. ****er actions have left me and my children completely homeless, living in a tent in the woods. She was very aware that I have no family left due to losing everyone to cancer. She not only stole everything from me, including my job and life, but she also uses her connections as a former police officer to horribly harass and engage in illegal activities with her police friends to cause harm to me. I am 42 years old and have saved money ever since I started working at *. I only had about two or three weeks off in the past eight years since opening the towing company. And that was because of a horrible wreck involving two teenagers pulling out in front of me and losing their lives. That caused me to have major nerve damage in my left leg that has left me with disability permanent impairment. My ex-girlfriend agreed in our original contact to deposit around *% of my profits into a savings account similar to a hedge fund and the rest in my normal bank account, but she had embezzled all money from me and out of all my accounts I guarantee that m*********** cancel. Not including my safe she had a friend steal and law enforcement was called. I also found around * or so vials of morphine and other dangers drugs she has stolen from the hospital she worked at and turned them in every time I found some to the Lauderdale County sheriff's department all the way up to the DEA and no one will do anything because of her friends who she worked with as a police. My x girlfriend has caused me and my teen children major Mental anguish, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Pain and suffering, Loss of enjoyment of life, Decreased quality of life along with many other problems she caused such as being homeless having to sleep in a tarp tent in the woods now going on since Dec * *. She had also cut the water off * weeks before I was to move after a illegal eviction and called D****S also would not let me cut it back on. There was also a fire during the time she had the water off. I desperately need help and to talk to someone away from Meridian due to my ex-girlfriend going around talking to all the attorneys in Meridian, trying to create a conflict of interest to the lawyers she doesn't already know in one way shape form or fashion. My health is deteriorating really bad because of her actions and causing me and my children to be homeless. If nothing else, maybe someone could help me on what I should do. This has been going on for 7 months now. I really don't think I can go another 7 months knowing she is spending every dime of money I had saved on other people when she gambled away tens of thousands of dollars a month and never saved anything, and win-loss statements will show that. I hired an attorney when everything first started happening and he went to court apparently drunk or on drugs and did not say one word to represent my case. When I tried to file an appeal by myself, he said he would do it, charged me more money, and then went AWOL. ****e caused me to lose my whole case because he said he got everything filed and he had lied. I have all his text messages also. The bar association is doing what they can on it, Mississippi bar also told me it would be in my favor to file a legel milpratice suite against my fist attorney being his neglect and lies about court dates and out her important information has caused most of the legal matters I now have .So I finally got the money up to hire another attorney and everything went well when I first met him and paid him and told him who I was against, but I have not heard a word from him since, which has been about 4 months ago now. So I feel he may be in contact with my ex-girlfriend because he confirmed he knew her on my first visit. Please forgive me for the continuing sentences and misspelling.
