Me and my kids mother got into a heated argument. Resulted of me getting a Domestic violece chsrge. And few other serious ones. There is a Protection order in place , restraining me from my * kids , my kids mother and my house. Now my house , is in my name only . Only my name is on the deed. Since I went to jail , I am now behind on my mortgage. So I have to sell it now , before it goes into foreclosure. But , I can't go to my house. I have to stay with my mom. There is no room here and very stressful. My kids mother has lots more support than me. Her family owns cabins and a house in Denver . She also has a lot of family here who has houses that she can go stay with. My question is , how can I regain control of my house
