I was recently involved in a DUI charge I do not have the status on whether or not I got indicted yet my daughter was not in the car with me at the time and I served sometime in jail when I got out of jail the father of my daughter refuse to give our daughter back to me and will only agree to allowing me to visit her and I am wondering if I should allow him to keep her or can I call the cops and get her back I do not know what's her best interest
