I have a question about my sistuation
Hey Samantha! I'd be happy to help. Can you tell me a bit more about your situation?
My kids and I are in the process of moving to Florida. my kids have been in cyber school in Pennsylvania since September I went through a major surgery back in December and sent them to my sister on vacations while I went through iron infusions surgery and recovering.
Hi Samantha! It sounds like you've been through a lot. Are you looking for guidance on enrolling your kids in school in Florida, or is there another specific legal issue you're concerned about?
I came to Florida February to get them and started looking into renting a place in Tampa to be closer to family. In PA I currently live with my mother who has her own health issues So it difficult to live with her. We got sick with what seems to be rec and then the flu we didn’t get tested because my sister did and came up positive and that is who we were staying with in Florida for a couple weeks . His laptop pinged again and I told the school from feeling panicked that I was back in pa but we were sick with the flu so I couldn’t come in and they told me I had to because they are worried about my sons were about and will have to glue a report to cps.

It sounds like a stressful situation, Samantha. To address the issue with the school and avoid a report to Child Protective Services (CPS), you might need to clarify your current situation and intentions.
- Make sure the school understands your relocation plans and the health issues that caused delays.
- Provide any medical documentation or proof of illness if necessary.
Is there anything specific you need help with regarding this issue?

Hey Samantha! Schools generally prioritize the welfare of the children, so honesty is important. If you explain your situation calmly and provide the necessary documentation, they should understand.
Can you provide medical documentation proving your illness and explain your relocation plans? This will help in easing their concerns.

Dear [Principal's Name],
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about my current situation and to explain the reasons behind my recent actions and absences of my children, [Child's Name] and [Child's Name].
In December, I underwent a major surgery, which required me to send my children to my sister's home during my recovery period. Unfortunately, during this time, my children and I contracted an illness, and we have been dealing with the aftermath. I have attached medical documentation to support this claim.
We are in the process of relocating to Tampa, Florida, where their father has secured a job and a home for us. I understand that my previous communication may have caused concern, and I apologize for any confusion. Due to our health situation, we were unable to return to Pennsylvania as planned. I assure you that our intention is to ensure the best possible education and care for my children.
We will be back in Pennsylvania by Friday, and I am ready to provide any necessary documentation and equipment at that time. I kindly request your understanding and assistance during this transitional period.
Please let me know if there are any specific steps I need to take to facilitate this process or if you require any additional information from me.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Sincerely,
Samantha Vega
