Hi Donita! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
I had a dcfs case opened in the past I was a victim of domestic violence. The case is now closed and my boys have been returned home to me but my daughter was sent to live with her dad due to him being in the army and having better resources than I. Now that the case is closed and my kids have been returned and I have NOT lost parental rights I want to know can my daughter come back home?
