my husband and i have a business together in california. we have been separated for 2 years. i am the only one currently running the business. it was my seed money and that of some family membersthat started this business and we both put sweat equity in. i mostly managed the business. acting as bookkeeper, salesperson, chef, menu curator, personnel, etc. he worked as a manager with very limited responsibilities. he worked 6hrs a day vs my *-* hrs a day. since we separated i have given him $*,* in cash. i paid the taxes on that. we are now finally ready to divorce. do you have any opinions as to how this may be split between the two of us.
