I have a stipulation custody and visitation order. We share joint legal custody of the child.but I have residential custody . I have a 3 year old child, in which the judge is forcing me to take out a passport for the child. The judge gave me a due date. The judge has not been listening to my concerns about how the child gets when she’s with her father , if this is during visits, I can only imagine the child traveling with her father. Do I have to get the passport done, or are there any other options ?
