Child Custody Contempt Case

Summary

To address a child custody contempt case, you need to prove that the other parent violated the court order. This can involve gathering evidence such as the court order, communication records, and any other relevant documentation. You may need to file a motion for contempt in the family court that issued the original custody order. Consulting with a family law attorney can provide personalized guidance and help you navigate the legal process to get your daughter back home and enrolled in her original school.
