There was a custody hearing in which the opposing party (mother) had submitted what she claimed were screenshots between my fiance and someone else. This hearing was in november of * since then it has been brought to both mine and my fiances attention that these messages used as evidence were falsely created messages to try and benefit mother in the custody hearing and that mother had been informed these messages were fake the day before court.
