thank you; I will do that. should i attach an affidavit, or are the two previous affidavits i wrote (*.5 year ago asking for custody modification [motioned but never had hearing set]and 2 months ago asking for emergency custody, after my son reported his mother was being sexually inappropriate with him) sufficient in terms of a necessary affidavit for custody modification?
