I am representing myself in a paternity suit in Henry County Tennessee . The judge didn't accept my process of service, I had certified mail that included summons, petition, and it was refused twice by resopdant and his family, now under Tennessee civil procedure rule *.* service was complete when refused certified mail. Judge denied my service and continued the case for another 3 months! What can I do or what motion can I file?
