We bought the house together. In our divorce agreement I let him have the house but he had 1 year to refinance it into his name. We have been divorced for 5 years now and he still hasn't done it. He's let multiple people live there and he doesn't live there anymore. I'm wanting to sell it but he's saying I don't have any rights to say anything about it because I agreed he could have it but it's still in my name 5 years later
