My * yr old son passed away july * * he was never married had no kids and no will however his girlfriend refuses to give me anything of my sons including his harley that is in my name ..she has posted horrible lies on social media about me i can go on and on about how horrible she is but i wont i have spent a year in the courts trying to do evwrything the legeal way but it has gotten me no where she wont answer her door to be served so now the courts wont help me until she is served i dont have money to pay thousands for what is rightfully mine her dad works for the snohomish county jail and i feel i am not being treated fairly
