long story short my husband, and I will be getting a divorce, but we have not filed as of yet we are still legally completely married. We are not living in the same house. We do have a marital home and that was what my question is regarding

so neither of us have been staying there. He got our home foreclosed and without my knowledge I find out and so we got an attorney to get it out of foreclosure his very first payment for the true mortgage because the attorney got us out of that was June * in the meantime, he took it upon himself to hire, his friends to invest in our home to repair all of the damages that he did over the years that we lived there from the abuse and everything else and I wasn’t there because the electric wasn’t turned on at points. Long story anyways my question to you is when he mentioned that he was going to get investors for the home , he told me what their return was, and I asked him to get me something in writing some thing I could read something in writing that was all signed and everything I never received that they told me the numbers I do not agree with it. I never said that agreed to any of this none of it I was just told , I don’t agree with any of it. They started and my husband said that his friend called and his attorney said that only homeowner has to agree to the terms so in Indiana it’s a *-* state so I have no legal rights to my home. Told me that his friend who is investing one of them called his attorney and his attorney said only one of the homeowners can make have to make has to say yes to the to whatever’s going on and they started today, but I don’t agree that my things are still there. I still have items at that house and then basically they’re saying, we’ll take care of it for you and they’re ripping up floors and everything else they’ve already changed out the pool liner and I did not agree to any of this so basically they were lying to me as usual

Yes I do have so much more. Is there pro bono ? He financially ruined me. He’s a bnarcissist and and he mentally and physically and emotionally tore me down. We agreed on a lot of things but I have. Nothing. I do t have a job because he fit my car repoed because he was not helping me financially. I was working up until January. But since Jan he has gin me only *$.
