In * we was going to get a divorce but , i think my husband didn't want to. I did hired a lawyer but that on jan21-* he came to my face and told me he wasn't no longer my attorney so he dropped me i never got to fine out if we was divorce or not, but time went by no words from any attorney only my husband said by word that we was but never never gotten any papers. I have papers that i have kept from when i first started but never never got any papers . So mean time the court system had lapse cause me or my husband didn't go to court or paid for it. It went back in system that we r still married a few more yrs went by in * to * we did go to court but it was for a 401k not for a divorce . So a few more went by again now it * i we to the court house and this time i took his oldest sister in law to tell her that we were still married and .i didn't know. My husband attorney or not his attorney at that time he my husband paid these * attorney a lot of money to fixs the papers and he paid the one attorney that came to my face he paid him $*,* to get my signature i couldn't believe he would do something like this and my husband showed the recipe and i couldn't believe this .so i went to court now there saying we were divorced and i told the court i never never went to court how can they do this to me. I figured these attorney and my husband had fixed the papers. And my husband was bad about this he told me he was sorry for what he did before he had passed away . And my kids my * boys took my house and sold it which i knew what was going on and took the * banks account as well and making up stories about me . So i feel i am married to my husband still cause my case was dismissed and never went to court for a divorce
