A year ago I left the mother of my children for someone new. Not my best moment. But prior to leaving the home I was a stay at home dad to my * older boys (I have *) but after leaving she filed for custody which I did not fight her on. After she got what she wanted she allowed three overnight visits. She has now filed a DVRO here in California. based off of false allegations or exaggerated situations they granted the temporary, and then her tree gave me the wrong time for court on the final court date the case now says closed even though her attorney said she was going to put in for a new court date what happens if she goes back on her word and doesn’t do that
Hey ****! If the Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) case is marked as closed, it means the temporary order may have expired. If she doesn’t request a new court date, the matter might not proceed further. However, it’s important to:
- Keep all documentation and evidence proving the allegations are false.
- Consider consulting a family law attorney for guidance.
- Check court records regularly to stay informed about any updates.
