Hi ****! Could you please provide a bit more detail about your legal issue in California? This will help me provide you with better guidance.
I am in the process of getting a divorce from my wife. The divorce has been going on for two years now because of my wife and her lawyers tactics to delay the case. And also the fact that she has been falsely accusing me of a number of things that are just irrelevant to the divorce. I have a prenup that she asked for before we were married signed by both of us and two witnesses stating that what is mine is mine and what is hers is hers before and after the marriage if it were to ever end. Plus she signed interspousal documents for each one of the properties I acquired and purchased after our marriage stating she didn't want any part of the properties. My lawyer has had these documents since day one and still for some reason she was able to put liens on all my properties even ones that I purchased before we married that wouldn't even be considered community property. My lawyer is not doing much to end this whole process which I believe should have ended by now due to the fact I have the prenup and interspousal documents. What should I do
You seem to have solid documentation to support your claims. If you're unsatisfied with your lawyer's performance, consider seeking a second opinion or hiring a new attorney who can aggressively pursue your interests.
