False alligations led to granted * yr dvo ln me that invludes my ex and my kids I havnt been able to afford an attorney so i havnt been able to present my case and prove my innocence. Randomly my ex called and let me come get my kids dispite her making false claims that i abused her and them. She got emergency housing and thats what she was seeking. I had my kids for a week and when i took them back she reported that i violated the dvo. Now i have a warrant and need to know how to go about things to prove the reasons for dvo were false and not spend no time in jail
