I am living in Frederick MD and have an ex boyfriend. He is harassing me me with non stop texts and calls asking to get back together with me. Though he as not technically shown any signs of agression.He used to be a alcoholic and has verbally threatened to start drinking again. He makes me uncomfortable. he is my ex boyfriend. Now he is threatenting to take my dog away. We paid */* for the dog with our own cards. But ever since we split up have kept the dog with me *% of the time and have paid for all food and shelter and vet expenses. Does he have the capability to take my dog away?
