My brother (* yr old) southern California resident is having increasing demetia testing done. Hard to manage with me( * yr old brother in Oregon , * yr old sister working an tsking care of mother and her daughter with newborn in San Diego) Would like to know about how to proceed with conservatorship. Also was married to mexico resident in Mexicali about * yr ago who for many years has left him almost penniless and calked us to pick him up and bring him back to his home in California because she didn't want to manage him. Also need to know about getting arriage annulled? Brother hard to get to tests and take pills says he doesn't need anything. We feel he needs to be placed in a memory center.
