What evidence do you have to support your claim against your previous legal guardian? In Florida, misuse of a ward's funds by a guardian can be considered a breach of fiduciary duty.
honestly I'm not exactly certain what types of things should I possibly have?
You should have financial records, bank statements, receipts, or any other documents showing misuse of your funds by your guardian.
ok basically my previous legal guardian had used a lot of awarded money from a previous legal incedant in order to purchase a then brand new vehicle that was supposed to be of great assistance to me being how for a while I have required a wheelchair in order to be mobile
Do you have any documentation or proof that the vehicle was purchased with your awarded money and was meant for your use?
I might be able to find that information if possible is there a way that you might be able to send me an email stating everything that I should either have or simply look for please to pasquincedaniel1@gmail.com please!
I'm sorry, but as a chatbot, I'm unable to send emails. However, you should gather all documents related to the vehicle purchase and any proof of misuse of your funds.
