I was wondering if I can speak to someone about a few things I don't know how to handle

I'm in saint cloud and I am going through a CPS case regarding my kids I was accused of assaulting them and I filed an appeal I went through the court process and I was supposed to be getting a decision but I still not have received one and while I was going through the case plan for my kids I was just told by one of the social workers that the lady who was going against me on the appeal case reported to them that a decision was made on the 21st of August and they closed my appeal case so after the CPS cases closed I'm going to have to file as a sex offender but I was never charged with the allegations I was never interviewed by no one and I still haven't received a decision from the judge over the appeal case since the court date of August 4th
