I was married overseas to a foreign national. Divorced there too within a year. Ex has never come to the US. No kids. No properties were purchased during the marriage. Am I good to move on or do I need to file a divorce in Texas too? Can she file a divorce in Texas? Can she claim anything I earned during the marriage or property that I had before the marriage?
