My husband and I have been together since * and married since *. No kids. We were trying for an uncontested divorce to avoid stress, but I don’t think it will not work. I would like to try Negotiation/Mediation based on the following: *. Before I married, I inherited from my parents a property abroad while single and then transferred to my daughters. Against my approval, my current husband decided to invest on it to bring up the property selling price and now, since we are getting divorce, he wants me to return his money. *. We have a shared checking and savings accounts and, I found out that my husband have a secret bank account. Every time when I asked him to disclose it, he always comes up with an excuse. He even promised to view his secret account with me but it never happened. *. He is very manipulative and likes to play victim. He controls everything and, due to my health, I think he took advantage, specially when I don’t want to be under stress myself.
