Hi Hector! What kind of legal issue are you facing?
I live in Fresno California and I am in the process of divorcing my wife. We were not able to make any kind of agreement for property division so the case is gone to trial which is set for January *. I was the one back in * that decided to get the divorce so before I filed the divorce papers I moved out of our house let her stay there and I moved into one of my other properties but during that time she went to the courthouse and filed for divorce in hopes of being seen as a victim or setting the theme of the divorce as her being a victim of abuse by me false accusations that have escalated to bigger false accusations like me having sexually abused her and her daughter which is completely untrue her daughter is over * I considered her like my daughter but she has used this my wife has as the theme of the divorce which has now dragged on for 2 years. When we got married we got married in Mexico and before the marriage she asked for a prenuptial agreement to which both of us signed stating that she did not want anything of mine from before during or after the marriage if we divorced we signed it the day of our wedding in Mexico because she's the one that asked for it we had two witnesses sign off on the prenuptial agreement and we got married. She asked for the prenuptial agreement because she was going to be selling a house that was her shortly after our marriage and she did not want anything to go to me if we divorced soon after. I agreed I didn't have a problem with any of that so that was that. My job and business is that I buy properties homes and fix them up and rent them out to tenants and me being the landlord. During the whole marriage which only lasted about 8 years she signed off on interspousal documents for each of the properties that I acquired during our marriage stating that she wanted no part financially from those properties. During our marriage our entire marriage she also had her own business house cleaning and stuff and I never charged her for a single thing she never gave me a single penny of the money she earned but when she petitioned for the divorce she stated that she earned no money zero income and that she did not have any work or businesses which she still does to this day she just does it under the table and she lied under oath about all of this. I also had to get a restraining order against her because she was becoming very hostile and aggressive and would be following me around and calling every single person I know business and family and colleagues spreading these false allegations and lies about me to everybody I know I have lost work I have lost income completely I don't know I can never regain my business because of her ruining my reputation during these two years. And she also somehow was able to take out liens on all my properties so I am not able to sell any of them to be able to continue paying my bills and living life financially. She even took out liens on properties that were not community property to begin with there were properties I acquired from before our marriage. And for some reason unbeknownst to me her lawyer is also trying to include the false sexual abuse allegations against me into this divorce case which is completely irrelevant. Plus they just asked for a discovery production of documents telling me that I have to admit to the false applications each one separately and also that I need to produce documents for every single financial motion or thing that I did during our whole marriage and she also asked for 2 years previous to us getting married worth of documents financial documents which I think is completely absurd and not relevant because what do they need 2 years worth of financial statements of mine that we weren't even married for. I had to fire my lawyer because he charged me overly charged me and never did anything. He never even submitted the prenup he never submitted the into spousal documents and he just allowed me to crumble and financially get ruined because he never did anything at all so now I'm going to submit a complaint for him and try to get my money back but I am trying to get any lawyer as we speak because I also I'm ready to file an fl-* -fl-*

He never even submitted the prenup he never submitted the into spousal documents and he just allowed me to crumble and financially get ruined because he never did anything at all so now I'm going to submit a complaint for him and try to get my money back but I am trying to get any lawyer as we speak because I also I'm ready to file an fl-* because she was violating the restraining order I reported it to the police twice and I have witnesses and evidence of her violating it many multiple other times plus I went to my phone cell phone provider company and they were able to see that she had been tracking my phone and getting my location during these two past years and also she changed all my passwords she was stalking me and was following me around harassing me threatening me calling all my family saying that I should watch my back accidents happen and she would hate for me to die that she was showing up at my house looking through Windows while I wasn't there. I am trying to find a new lawyer right now to help me file those motions for their violation of restraining order. Can you write me a letter to my future lawyer I am trying to seek and find right now stating everything I just said with detail and putting emphasis on what I want from this new lawyer which are most importantly number one submit the prenup and introspousal documents stating she my wife did not want anything to do with any of the properties. Have the liens taken off immediately because they shouldn't have been placed in the first place due to the fact that I had the prenup and interest spousals she signed off on number three have these absurd false allegations dropped and taken out of this divorce case since they are so irrelevant and I am suing her for defamation of my name because of her ruining my business and person my name for life with the false allegations. And last ly to help me with the submission of the FL * restraining order violations for her to get punished for all that. PS I forgot to say that she was also stealing my money from my bank account with money that was not property community property to pay off her credit card debt she also filed insurance claims for fire damage due to wildfires around the area on every single one of my rental properties without me knowing and she kept all the checks and forged my signature and deposited them into one of her own bank accounts that I have no knowledge of this totaled approximately $*,* Plus and when I finally found out I told the lawyers that were helping her to stop immediately or face legal consequences because I had no knowledge of this. She has lied her entire life and I have proof and evidence of every single thing I have mentioned plus witnesses she has none of it she just keeps making false allegations but I feel like since she is the petitioner of the divorce because she beat me to it for the exact reason of becoming seen as a victim of abuse by me. She even called all of my friends family colleagues business partners bribing them with money that she would win from the divorce if they lied under oath about me and decided with her and lied about certain financial aspects and personal aspects to make the case sway in her favor and all of these people came back to me and told me what she bribed them with and said they wanted no part of it so they wrote letters to the court and my favor stating that she had called him to bribe them with money so I have proof of everything I just want you to write me a letter to my future lawyer that I am looking for stating all of this that way I can just hand it to her for him and they be caught up with the whole case since my trial is so close to happening
