My ex and I are separated he has withheld my child from me. Twice. Recently, when he was withheld him on July 5th I went and filed custody paperwork, July 6th. He gave my son back to me because he had a medical appointment. When his father received him back in his care, he withheld him again. Therefore, I hired the processor to serve him with paperwork. When he received the custody orders , he sat down my ten year old son and told him what was going on , said mama's trying to take you away , she's asking for eighty percent i haven't had parenting time with my son since July 13th. His father proposed another temporary schedule and said that he would return my child if I agree to that. After telling me that he will not make a schedule or communicate farther.In towmediation
