I am trying to prove fraud upon the court, divorce was final in */*, found out my spouse lied about retirements being premarital, attorney failed to follow up and check and also never asked for pay stubs or tax returns, I was in a Safehouse and he filed separate. I requested multiple times. My backpay disability was used as down payment on home, my spouse lied said it was paid from joint account. It was transferred from my disability account to joint account 10 days before closing and was supposed to be wire transfer but I ended up having to get a check on the Friday before the Monday close. So the judge considered it marital. It never was. I was to get it back. My spouse took over ownership of my computer and use enterprise apps and parental controls, I have forensic evidence

Yes that was two years ago, as I said I recently found out my ex lied about these retirements, and he prevented me from accessing any documents because he controlled the accounts, my attorney failed to get any documents from him including tax documents, I had to get transcripts because he had all documents in the home and locked me out as well as digitally blocked me. I also have a letter from my first attorney proving such ( he removed himself from the case because of inability to communicate) my attorney in court did not submit this either
