We live in Ohio and because I no longer want to be with her I don’t want her children at my house when she’s not there with them I have took steps and have given her a 30 day notice and next month will file for an eviction if she still hasn’t left should I be calling children’s services when she leaves her children like that
Since you're in Ohio, if the mother is leaving her children at your house unsupervised and you're not their legal guardian, you may want to take the following steps:
- Contact Child Protective Services (CPS): If you believe the children are being neglected, report the situation to Ohio's CPS. They can assess whether the children are at risk.
- Local Law Enforcement: If the children are left in unsafe conditions or you're concerned for their immediate welfare, you can also call the police.
