Supreme Court Case Guidance

Summary

The Supreme Court generally hears cases involving significant federal or constitutional issues. If CPS and Youth Court wrongfully removed your children, consider appealing the decision, requesting transcripts, and seeking legal advice from a family law attorney. You can also file a complaint against CPS and Youth Court for misconduct. If your constitutional rights were violated, consider filing a case in federal court. For civil rights cases, consult an experienced attorney. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi can be contacted at (228) 563-1742, located at 2012 15th Street, Suite 403, Gulfport, MS 39501.
