Regarding an orthodontist bill for my minor daughter that her dad was court ordered to provide for her medical dental and vision. She had braces that his insurance paid for then he quit his job and didn’t notify me that she lost her coverage. The orthodontist is going to send the bill to collections against me . It was his insurance, he is legal responsible for it, but because I took her to the appointments they are demanding payment from me! Can’t they collect or turn it in against him instead of me?
