I received a letter from the lawyer stating to return funds removed without permission..my brother brought my mom to this lawyer and made all this accusations to me and men husband saying I invested my moms money under my name and my husband name..but it is on mothers account ,my name is on the beneficiary, joint owner..my mom has the permission verbally because she lived with me and I helping her with all her bank accounts,etc
