My ex-wife's ex-girlfriend is suing her for custody of our child. In the papers it lists the father as "unknown" even though I am the legal father and have partial custody (haven't seen either of them in years though). Also my son's name is misspelled in the papers, if that matters. Can she get this dismissed based on the papers having false information? Is there anything I can do to help her? Neither of us can afford a lawyer.
