My husband of 30 years left me and our son witch is 13 years old and * ages *&* grandsons that we are helping to raise, back in March of this year. He left while everyone was gone and nobody knew where he was for over a week. His sister had gave him a place to stay and bought him a cell phone but his sister lied to us and told me and our older kids she hadn't heard from him and didn't know where he was. It was almost * weeks before he called any of our kids and he had it on his phone that none of our kids could see his phone number. He has now filed for a divorce, we live in Arkansas. He was injured in * and has on going law suits that are going to pay out big money in the millions, and he should be getting that by the end of the year. My question is am I entitled to any of that money?
