In Oklahoma, an authorized user on a credit card is generally not responsible for the debt unless it is considered marital debt. Marital debt is determined by the purpose of the debt, when it was acquired, and any prenuptial or postnuptial agreements. If the debt was incurred for the benefit of the marriage or household during the marriage, it may be considered marital debt.
