I have custody of my 17 year old cousin and her 15 year old sister is being abused and locked in a room by her mom. Goshen pd won’t do anything and a judge says they won’t hold her unruly ness and that if she runs away she will just be taken back to the home and cos still hasn’t came out even with two different town ships getting involved and cps being notified by numerous people. She supports herself and pays her bills and her mom makes her pay rent. I don’t want to for for emergency custody if cps will remove her from the home but they haven’t done anything yet
