I am the primary caregiver for a * yr old autistic child. His parents have been separated for approximately * yrs and will be filing for divorce this year. I live at the child's residence where the child lives with his father. His mother moved out of the county approximately *.* hours away 5 years ago to pursue a new relationship. His mother pays for my child care services. She wants full custody of their child. If I am required to testify before a judge I'm sure she wouldn't want to be his caregiver because the information I would provide would be adverse to her getting full custody.
