Summary

CPS evaluates child safety, not just the consistency of explanations for injuries. Discipline causing marks may raise concerns. They assess the environment and overall safety of the child. If no risk is found, they may close the case or monitor further. Consult a family law attorney for guidance if needed.

Like i am living in like Arkansas like i have an 6 year old son, like i just had an cps visit because he had some marks and bruises on him. Like i was able to explain each mark and bruise like this was from soccer pratice, this was from a fall. The other marks was from discipline. I wondered when i have given a story without variance does the CPS have any case?
CPS investigates based on the child's safety, not just the consistency of your explanation. Even if your story matches, they may still assess whether the discipline or injuries are excessive or unsafe.
Key points:
- Discipline causing marks may raise concerns.
- CPS considers the child's environment and overall safety.
- They may monitor or close the case if no risk is found.
If you're worried, consider consulting a family law attorney for guidance.
